Sherry-On Browne-Nicholas embarked on her career in the hospitality industry at the age of 19, starting as a receptionist at Sunset Cove. She dedicated five years to this role, honing her customer service skills. Concurrently, she ventured into the retail sector, beginning as a trainee manager at Courts Furnishing. Her dedication and expertise led to her promotion to Branch Manager, a position she held for eight years.

Following her successful tenure at Courts Furnishing, Sherry-On transitioned to First Choice Foods, where she served as Front-End Manager for four years. She then moved to the communications industry, joining Digicel as a Store Manager, a role she excelled in for another eight years.

In 2021, Sherry-On returned to the hospitality industry, bringing her extensive experience to the Antigua and Barbuda Hotels and Tourism Association (ABHTA) as a Membership Associate. She is enthusiastic about sharing her wealth of knowledge and expertise with the industry.
