Elegant Hotels currently boasts six stunning properties on the neighbouring Caribbean island of Barbados; The House, Colony Club, Tamarind and all-inclusive resorts Turtle Beach and Crystal Cove as well as the newly opened Waves Hotel & Spa. This will be the seventh property to the Group’s portfolio and the first outside of Barbados. In addition to a range of new concepts, Hodges Bay Resort & Spa will feature Elegant Signature Inclusions as standard including free motorised and non-motorised water sports, exceptional dining with signature theme nights, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, beach & pool ambassador service, the Flying Fish Kids Club & Teens Club, bespoke tours and daily activities including culinary demonstrations and mixology classes.

The property has been designed to appeal to families, including multigenerational families thanks to the range of accommodation options, couples, incentives and wedding/honeymooners, all of whom appreciate the finer things in life.

These range from oceanfront town homes and villas to executive suites and penthouses, many with outdoor Jacuzzis.

About the new property, Sunil Chatrani, CEO of Elegant Hotels Group said “Hodges Bay Resort & Spa is set to be a stunning property and will be warmly welcomed into our family of Elegant Hotels. The setting, dining options, facilities and accommodation will perfectly compliment what we offer our guests in Barbados and we are genuinely excited to open our first property on the beautiful island of Antigua. We opened Waves Hotel & Spa in August this year and it has become an instant success with guests who know that we are able to deliver a stellar stay with incredible facilities and our top-notch service as standard – we intend to do all this and more at Hodges Bay Resort & Spa when it opens in 2017.”
