Experiences should be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the experience’s start time.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
Cancellations need to be written and sent to our team at [email protected], by the lead guest. We do not honor cancellation requests that are sent through other channels.

Yes! You will receive a full refund if the weather or an equipment problem prevents the tour operator from delivering the experience.
Some experiences also requires a minimum number of guests. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Shortly after you book an experience, we will e-mail your confirmation which will include your experience details as well as instructions on how and when to meet up with your guide for each experience.

General Questions
We advise guests to walk with cash for some experiences do not include lunch/snack. Some Tour Operators also have souvenirs/items for purchase for an additional cost if interested.

Some experiences include lunch or snack. The Tour Operator will need to be advised on allergies or food restrictions you may have before the experience starts.
