ServSafe® 3 Day Food Safety Manager Certification Workshop

The Food Safety Manager 3 Day Workshop facilitated by certified ServSafe Instructor and examiner Julie-Ann Laudat, taught business professionals within the food industry about the importance of food safety, as well as the best food preparation practices, cleaning and sanitizing methods, storage techniques and cooking processes for a food business.

Julie-Ann Laudat remarked “Training this group was such a pleasure. They were generally on time, eager to learn and contributed their experiences that really helped make the concepts being taught relatable to the other trainees. I charged them to become the food safety “police” for their companies and to practice concepts of safe food handling learn at all times. Unsafe food destroys lives, so I was happy to impart the  knowledge to ensure we don’t lose anyone in this way – it is so preventable once good practices are observed.”
